Welcome to Vesuvius Boat, operated by Nautic Solution Group Srls.
By booking or participating in any of our tours or services, you fully agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

1. General Information
Vesuvius Boat provides boat tours, private cruises, food & wine experiences, and related services departing from Torre del Greco or Portici–Granatello (Naples, Italy).
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and maritime safety regulations.
2. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or partner platforms.

  • A full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Prices displayed are per person unless otherwise specified.

  • All prices include VAT and applicable taxes.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or message once your booking is successfully completed.

3. Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for any refund.

Operator Cancellations (Weather or Safety)
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour in case of:

  • Unsafe sea conditions

  • Weather warnings

  • Mechanical issues

  • Safety concerns or unforeseeable circumstances

In such cases, you may choose between:

  • A free reschedule, or

  • A full refund

This is the only situation in which full refunds are issued regardless of timing.
4. Itinerary & Schedule Changes
Vesuvius Boat may modify routes, timings, stops, or activities due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Port authority instructions

  • Safety requirements

  • Passenger needs or emergencies

Any changes are made to ensure comfort and safety.
5. Passenger Requirements

  • Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Tours are recommended for children aged 6+, but younger children may join at the crew’s discretion.

  • Passengers must follow all instructions given by the captain and crew.

6. Safety on Board

  • Life jackets and mandatory safety equipment are provided.

  • Passengers must behave responsibly and respect the crew, the vessel, and other guests.

  • Jumping off the boat or unsafe behavior may lead to termination of the tour without refund.

  • The captain has full authority over the vessel at all times.

7. Food, Drinks & Allergies

  • Our experiences include traditional food and beverages.

  • Guests are responsible for informing us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before the tour.

  • While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

8. Personal Belongings
Vesuvius Boat is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought on board, including phones, cameras, bags, or clothing.
We recommend waterproof protection for electronic devices.
9. Photography & Media
During the tour, staff may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
By joining the tour, you grant permission to use such media on our website or social channels unless you request otherwise in writing.
10. Liability Waiver
By participating in any tour, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation in boat activities involves inherent risks.

  • The company is not liable for injuries caused by improper behavior, ignored instructions, or personal medical conditions.

  • Guests must ensure they are in suitable physical condition to join the tour.

11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Port closures

12. Privacy Policy
We collect essential information (name, contact, booking details) solely for booking management and communication.
Personal data is protected and never shared with third parties except when required to deliver the service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent court of Naples (Italia), unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
